angry customers rant

i work at a licensed store and we are out of heavy cream (so no cold foam or sweet cream) and the espresso machine isn’t pulling the shots properly. the amount of angry customers i’ve had because i had to turn of MOP is insane. god forbid we have inventory and technical issues 🫩

i’ve also tried explaining how we can’t get cold foam off the shelves and they go “wdym u have to make it it’s just cold foam” well yes! but we don’t have the ingredients. it makes me so angry when people are dense on purpose.
