Why did satella show up out of no where? this happened in one of the previous episodes too when subaru got amnesia.

I initially thought she showed up because gluttony in the hall of memories learned about subaru's RBD so she showed up to reset the timeline but subaru's rbd brought him to the point where he got out of the hall of memories, doesn't that mean loiue still knows about rbd since subaru already went to all of memories, so whats the point? logically checkpoint should have been before subaru tries to read reid's book.
