Am I seeing something real or not?

Hi,

I dont (think) i have schizophrenia but I have had a stressful period for the last 6 ish months of my life, finding out my dad wasnt my dad, my wife wanting a divorce. Chronic pain and cracked teeth from tmj and ckd. I have stated vaping again after 8 yesrs of not and ive had aome weird sensations recently that I cant explain.

1. Feeling like the place im in has changed but I cant tell what. It just doesnt feel familiar even though ive been there hundreds of times before. Like the lighting is off or the colour is wrong.

2. I keep seeing this absolutely rapid tiny bug crawl over my hand when I go out for a vape. I dont ever feel anything and it moves quickly and dissappear over the other side of my hand, by the time I turn my hand over its gone. Its happened everytime I go out for a vape and its like a mini ant, not a bug ive ever seen before. Its happened like twenty times now and everything look for it on my body or hand ext and never find it and today it twigged that it might not be real.

Anyone have experience with this?
