What documents to submit as income proof while vkyc when I'm unemployed?

I have only sbi account. I tried opening AU account and mentioned self employed. My source of income is pocket money and 1 online tuition as a hobby which is just 3k... Other than that I keep using my account for bills amazon Flipkart etc from my elder's sbi account who don't have upi .so by that I add upto 50 k every month for mobile electricity bills, e comm shopping etc. so how much income should I mention and what occupation?

Today au vkyc guy called, I told I earn 50k with tuitions, he asked for some card, GST, blah blah for income proof..when I asked what proof should I give for tuitions other than bank statement, he disconnected the call 😭😭 and refunded the initial funding amount too. Now I want to try other bank account, pls tell me what occupation to mention? If I mention unemployed, can I add upto 50k every month or will they freeze the account? I don't add 50k in one go every month, it's small multiple transactions depending upon the bills, online orders etc..
