Saturnine Dreadnought & Redemptor kitbash?

Has anyone had much luck with Kitbashing the Saturnine to make it have a Redemptor loadout?

A friend has gotten into 40K, loves salamanders and wants to pick up a Saturnine. I’ve got some experience with kitbashing bits, but just wondering how doable the Redemptor arm and flamer would be on the new Saturnine Dreadnought. Would like to kitbash him one so he has something special to use on the board.

Any Saturnine Dreadnought picks are welcome, bonus points if they are kitbashed in anyway!
