how to get over someone you have a zero chance with

to begin with, I’ve never really been attracted to anyone. I have dated 2 people because they really liked me and I thought I would develop feelings later on in the relationship like as I got to know them a little better. Long story short, I’ve never had actual feelings for someone up until now and it’s driving me mad I need advice from people who’ve experienced this.

I know I don’t have a chance with them because they are married and I don’t want to go down that road. I see them at work 2-3 times a week and it just makes my whole day so much better. They have no clue I like them which is good because then it would be weird for them.

It’s been 6 months of me being happy to see them at work then getting sad
should I quit my job??? but then I don’t get to see them

I can’t tell my friends because I know it’s wrong that I’m liking someone that’s married
