anyone with astigmatism ? please help me , its affecting my preparation

i recently got a eye check done in which i found that i have a vision 6/9 cylindrical with power -3.5L and -2.75 R , i have not wear the glasses ever yet , i consulted the doctor of eye q india . they precribed me a glasses, but after wearing it things are looking appropriate to me, ik first time, it feels uncomfortable and but in my case i can see things which was not clearly visible to me, but its looks kinda distorted or tilted also, i have to forcefully focus on the things which barely 2 feet away to me to look it correctly, i consulted them again but they said wear it for 3-4 days then come, but my prep is already getting worse, i literally feel tired after studying for an 1hr and things which was visible to me with naked eyes, now i have to see it by focusing on it. dont know what to do ?😭😭😭i cant study for more hrs anymore , my elo also reduced from 900 to 700 .
