Turned Away at Lifetime?

During my normal Wellhub check in, unlike normal, when I went to check in the app said get help from front desk. Went to scan in, front desk said there have been issues with Wellhub and nobody is allowed in while it’s bugging?? Of course, no customer support number or chat for Wellhub. Not sure when this will be resolved, if it’s a gym insulated issue or what. No way to check with Wellhub tho.
