Where can I sell a vape online?

Basically what the title says. I bought a disposable vape and I didn’t notice it was iced (I’m allergic) so I can’t even use it. But according to multiple selling platforms, I can’t sell this because it’s a tobacco product. Am I just SOL?

(Mods don’t delete I’m not trying to sell here)
