Radiance of the Seas - Noise levels in Deck 10 GS rooms?

Hi all! planning a a trip on Radiance and we want to splurge on a Grand Suite. all the GS cabins are on Deck 10, just under the pool deck. Does anyone have experience with the noise levels? I find it hard to believe that they would allow the higher-end suites to be miserably noisy, but I’ve seen mixed reviews. some say under the Windjammer can be loud. some say you just hear a couple of lounge chairs scraping in the morning as the workers get the deck ready for the day.

Does anyone have personal experience with Deck 10 rooms on Radiance? Thanks!
