My games keeps crashing out

Ever since the update my game keeps crashing...

I tried updating everything on my PC, verifying files, reinstalling the game, and moving drivers

I sent customer support a plea for help but I was hoping someone here will have an idea (especially since my penalty keeps accumulating as if I DC'd🥲)
