Am I pregnant 3 weeks after an “abortion”?

Hello! I get back some pregnancy symptoms
I had an MC-abortion 6/8 (week8) and some unprotected sex 14/8, 19/8, 24/8, 27/8
(I want to be pregnant again)
Today, three weeks later, I took a pregnancy test in the middle of the day (i have peed many times and drink a lot of water today before the test), and it still showed positive.

I feel nausea, heartburn, my stomach is tense and bloated, and I’m close to tears and experiencing mood swings.

I know a test can show positive long time but i get back preg-symptoms?
