Suggestions for Wireless headphones with a microphone that are built to last?

Looking for wireless headphones with detachable microphone (if possible). I'm based in EU (Italy).

Coming from 5 years with the Logitech Pro X (wired). Build quality held up fine, only replaced the headband and ear pads once, and that's because the fake leather got basically destroyed. Looking to go wireless but keep the same durability and comfort (or upgrading them).

Requirements:

• Wireless dongle for good audio input/output on Linux. No Bluetooth-only headsets, I also game and need low latency
• Detachable mic preferred, but I'm open to a separate desk mic instead. I don't talk much though, so a standalone mic might just be dead weight and occupy extra space on the desk
• Built to last years
• Comfortable for 8+ hour days (mostly music while working and some gaming)

What I've tried:

• Logitech Pro X (wired): great fit, oval ear pads that actually fit my (bigger?) ears fully
• Pro X 2 Wireless: skipping this, I've read that it's basically a downgrade for the price wrt wired versions
• BD MMX150: currently trying one, but... Full plastic build feels cheap, and the ear pads are more circular/small, and my ears get squished at the top and bottom instead of sitting inside comfortably

Budget: open. I'd rather pay more upfront for something durable and comfortable than replace a cheaper headset every year.

Any recommendations?
