Placenta Previa

Does anyone have advice on how to un previa their placenta? I went to my 20 week scan yesterday and baby looks perfectly healthy (yay!!!) but they said my placenta is partially covering my cervix. I really want to try and deliver vaginally, and my doctor told me most of these cases fix themselves later in the pregnancy but is there anything that worked for you? I’ve already told my partner no penetrative sex until I can see our usual OB on Monday but is there anything else that can help? I’m like, should I do some handstands? 🤣
