LinkedIn automation gets worse when you automate everything

I’ve been working on LinkedIn automation for a while now, and one thing I’ve started believing pretty strongly:

You probably shouldn’t automate everything.

Automating the boring parts makes sense.

Finding leads.
Enriching them.
Adding them to campaigns.
Sending connection requests.
Following up.
Tracking replies.

But I think things start going wrong when you try to automate the entire conversation.

You don't need to manually write every message, but someone should still be looking at the important leads and replies.

The point of automation is to reduce the amount of work you have to do, not remove the human part completely.

Curious what others here think, where do you draw the line between useful automation and over-automation?
