back in mbbs

I had a supply in Biochem in first year because of some health issues, and now I’ve got one in Pharma in second year because I didn’t meet the internal marks eligibility criteria and im not allowed to write the final exam. I just wanted to know what the actual drawbacks are of having supplies in MBBS, especially two of them. Will it affect my future plans or goals in any way? Would really appreciate hearing from people who’ve been through something similar.
