hello need advicee. im currently a first-year student and an associate sa academic org ng program namin. and awhile ago lang i was offered by the director in our department to take over his position as director since magsstep up siya as vp (nag-mia kase vp namen...). im rlly rlly grateful for the offer but idk if aaccept ko siya. i made a pros and cons list actually. kapag in-accept ko yung role, opportunity yon para magkaroon ng more experience and maka-connect with other members. yung cons naman is medyo nakaka-pressure siya for me kase 1 month pa lang ako sa college. alam ko naman na that role comes with a lot of responsibilities and i dont think im ready for it pa. currently naeenjoy ko pa naman kasi maging associate. i dont think im ready for a heavier responsibility pa :') can you guys help me 😭
