help with mh

hii so like i’ve been struggling with my health a lot for quite long already. i don’t want to get diagnosed though cause i don’t want it to be in my medical record. a lot of jobs won’t accept you if you have mental health issues sooo
i was wondering if it would be possible for me to get medication but with NO diagnosis 😅😅 i’m just really tired of feeling like this everyday
