Canvas point campus

Hey guys,
I am staying at Canvas Point Campus in Dublin in the Tolka residence and i was wondering what the guest rules are like since it seems super strict in the contract and i am very nervous.
I have a friend coming from the airport arriving at 12am and idk how im gonna let them stay for a few hours before leaving again to the airport.
does anyone know anything about how strict they are?
