Building a website. Favorite hosts/tools?

I used to be tech savvy, however, I've aged and can't be bothered, and technology has surpassed my indifference. However, I would like to set up a website to sell my tie dye. I thought I could catch outdoor events (I have a nice booth), but I work weekend nights, so it's just not panning out like that. I need to sell work to afford supplies.

What's everyone using? What's a simple approach? I'm cool with a few days of setup and headache, if it results in easy updates and inventory management (I have like 150 pieces ready to go).

Help this old man get it sorted, please.
