Also the american store doesnt have many sizes in stock and I cant order from the canadian store. I guess Adidas doesn't want my money.

Yeah there were tons of sizes on the Canadian store, probably part of the reason they're on sale.

What is so good about "McNasty"?

A collaboration between designers Mark McNairy and Kazuki Kuraishi. Adidas collaborations tend to be higher quality, in this case the shoe is at least partially lined with leather instead of fabric and the insole is also leather. The stitched sole is also something you rarely see on modern sneakers.

I'm interested to see what Adidas considers full grain leather.
They probably consider it a witty marketing term that pulls in people who've read the leather Wikipedia article.
