[PC][before 2000] turn by turn rpg where you play Romans or Ghauls

Platform: I played on PC (I think it was windows ME)

Genre: RPG

Estimated year of release: I played after 2000 but it might be older than that.

Graphics/art style: isometric 2D, looked good for a 90s game but nothing astonishing for 2000s

Notable characters: You could choose between two teams of characters (basically romans or ghauls) and the story would depend on that.
