Was Le Globe really the first to use the word "socialism"?

Supposedly google says it was in an issue of "Le Globe" by Pierre Leroux and Victor Hugo for feburary 13 1832 that first used the word "socialism" but when i looked at the issue online, i cant seem to find the word anywhere, maybe i missed it or something?
