i cheated on competition maths today and idk if teacher or classmates knows

context: i have got caught cheating b4, for searching something up, and i owned up to myself.

so today i did a maths competition and i was sitting next to this smart person. i wasn’t sure about like 2-3 questions so i secretly asked them, and they showed me their answers; i changed my original one into theirs. the examiner, i dont think they saw, but idk if the people around me saw. at the end, smart person was done, and i wasnt, i was still on last 2 questions. i didnt even ask and they gave me answers right away. then i submitted after checking some questions . there was 40 questions, i think smart person helped me w 4-5 questions 😬 i feel guilty rn, and anxious. it was a kind of small room, crammed with alot of people. what if smart person is a hypocrite and tells on me? what if other people around me saw and told on me? what if both backed each other up and told on me? ive already been caught twice! ik i shouldnt have cheated again, i feel really guilty. pls, need urgent advice abt cheating on tests!!🫣
