Do you think it’s fair to say this isn’t a smart adult entps (debate?)

Was struggling to pass college preparation courses when taking online classes because they were not keeping up with the amount of assignments. Was called smart by other people, others were always surprised by how low their overall grades were. Were not involved in competitive extracurricular during this time. Did not complete coursework or other things from 18-20, were trying to become copyeditor without completing relevant coursework/general coursework.
