Geek and Gorgeous A Game 5 or 10 after Cerave Resurfacing

I’m currently using Cerave Resurfacing Serum which as far as I know doesn’t state a percentage, but I have seen some say 0.3-0.6% retinol equivalent to 0.03 to 0.06 % retinal. I want to swap to G&G but unsure if I should use the 5 or 10. I don’t want to go too heavy too fast but I also want a step up from the Cerave percentage. Has anyone else gone straight to the 10?
