Deeply amused by RM today

On Wednesday I posted two documents - One to a premises only 6 miles, to deliver legal documents. Requirement is tracked delivery, otherwise I'd have dropped it in myself. Sent Special Delivery by 1pm.

The second was sent 24 hour tracked at a third of the cost of the SD.

Both sent at the same time, from the same place.

The 24 Tracked was delivered yesterday, before 1pm.

The special delivery is currently at a depot 20 miles away.

Good job it's nice and easy to speak to a human at customer services...
