Freshman in College wanting to Transfer to UCB Any Advice?

Im a freshman in college looking towards an electrical engineering degree at a CCC and currently have dual enrollment classes completed that bring my GPA to roughly 3.3 at a separate CCC than the one im in now and at this college i took calc I over the summer and got a B could've gotten an A but didn't manage my time wisely. I plan of course to do well in the rest of my classes and want to join mesa and an engineering club and plan to participate and be very active in them while also maybe looking for or networking for internships. I want advice on what my main priorities should be and if there's anything else I could add. I know it's a reach but I really would love to go to this school and want to do anything I can to increase my chances in getting in. :)
