Whiskey Tastings

Hi all - I want to hit at least three whiskey tastings / experiences in Edinburgh - ideally all unique. I have looked at Johnnie Walker & Scotch Whiskey (thinking of doing only one of these as they seem similar), Port of Leith (for more of a distillery experience), and maybe the Gin Distillery (for a change). Any suggestions?

1. Which one of Johnnie Walker & Scotch Whiskey (or is there a hidden alternate)?

2. Any alternate distilleries to Port of Leith?

3. Anything different altogether from the above? Would love to experience anything unique.
