How do I know what module to buy when I’m not sure what kind of music I want to produce?

Hi! I’m buying my first case along with a Befaco/Divkid output mixer.
I already own a moog dfam, moog mother32 and an elektron digitakt, so I’m pretty set on drums and have a great mono synth.

Due to the sheer amount of options I’m at a loss for what to buy, but have narrowed it down to 3 wildly different options;

1. Schlappi 100 grit
2. Befaco Iroi
3. Bastl Citadel Alchemist

How do you guys go about choosing modules?
