should i stay or should i go?

Advice

30F, creative industry, UK. left a good job after 2.5 years (i wasn't growing/learning much and there wasn't a progression path for me there) for a similar role at a bigger company, with the view that i'd be learning about a different part of the industry and growing overall in my job role. i'm 2 months into the new job and....i don't think it's working out.

i dread going to work, the people are nice but i find there's a lot of pressure from management, and the overall vibe feels very chaotic. i'm (sort of) learning but i'm exhausted, and i can't tell if it's just a few rough projects or if this is my new normal. mostly i just don't think it's for me, i'm not as invested as everyone else in the work, but i am invested in how well i do my job, and i don't think this environment is making me the best i can be.

i have savings so not immediately worried about leaving without something new lined up. my concern with leaving is my reputation. i've worked hard over the last 10 years to build a name for myself, and i'm worried it will look bad / will raise questions among my network.

what would you do?
