Hammer/Axe uselessness

Both are quite useless as PvP Tools, their saving grace should be high effectiveness against AI and Bosses but with the Spear in the game as well as the bomb launcher and the single slot melee these kill the boss a bit slower but to a negligible effect.

I think a way to buff them and spice up gameplay is to make both of them throwable and return to the player the hammer in a curved upwards line like a mortar with it triggering a small explosion where it lands and the axe in a circular motion kinda like a boomerang. If the get stuck you can retrieve them via darksight pick up.
