Madcatz PS4 RB4 does not appear in bluetooth

Hi, i recently felt the urge to get back into clone hero and got my RB4 controller i used to use to connect to my pc. I have reset my windows since last time a couple years ago. Now however the guitar just doesn't appear in the add a device menu. Does anyone know how i can fix this? Thanks
