Please help me I'm about to fail an exam

guys, my adhd is quite mild as per my healthcare provider but i face severe procrastination especially for studies. in lower grades i always did good even without studying, as i was pretty smart, now as i become older the exams and all are becoming tougher to where i have to study. i dont know how to study and i dont want to even though the exam is tomorrow. this same thing happened in maths, my favorite subject, and i did really bad on the last exam.

PLEASE help me study with your tips / whatever advice, as exam season is coming for me I don't know how I will do well, especially for my exam tommorow
