Need genuine advice in tech career

I am btech first student from teir3 clg aiming for cloud role in future right now I don't know exactly what kind of cloud role I want to pursue . I have some question

First, should I aim for swe than thought about cloud or should I learn both side by side

Second, why everything is so confusing I mean i don't understand where should I start python, dsa, web dev, system design, cs fundamental, linux and so much

Where should I start

Third, how you actually network with people which will help you to get opportunity
