Trying to report a creator, but no luck because I don't know how to report creators being weird on other platforms

Epic Games support is just useless, so I'm just gonna post this here. I don't know if I'm just being dramatic about the situation that I want to report, but I'll just leave this here. Because they're telling me to go to the guideline forum. I go there. When I click on channel or post, and I try to click to paste the link to his channel or the post that I'm trying to report to them, so that this guy can get his creator code taken away from him. It doesn't accept YouTube links, and so I think that the forum is only useful to report creator islands and their profiles on the Fortnite platform, but I can't report a creator for being weird on his YouTube channel where he has minors watching him.

What i sent them:

I'd like to bring this to your attention because I don't think people like this are supposed to represent creators in the Fortnite space. This creator has a constant theme in most his videos that he's done where in his intro he uses a short clip from inappropriate videos and he crops it in a way so that private parts aren't shown, but it's very obviously from a inappropriate video. He has a lot of fans that are young teenagers, and I don't think this sits right with me. This doesn't sit right with me, having this creator have a Fortnite creator code and then he's doing such weird things on his channel. There was also another creator that called him out on this weird behavior of using weird clips in his intros on his YouTube channel. Later Dasaunii directly posted it on his post tab on his YouTube, talking about that creator, causing that younger creator to delete the posts he made of this guy because this guy's fans obviously went to harass him. That creator is a 17-year-old, and this creator using the weird clips in his intros is i belive in his mid-20s. I don't think this guy should have a creator code, and I don't think he should at all represent Epic Games in any way. A lot of things this creator does goes against the agreements of the creator code, and while he didn't tell his fans to go harass this minor, his fans still did go to that guy's page, causing him to first delete comments and then eventually delete the post he made about this bigger creator. He never once told his fans not to go and harass this kid, and also he just continued to use inappropriate vid clips in his intros on YouTube afterwards.

I tried reporting this to Epic Support, but couldn't get any help. They essentially said that wasn't the right place to report this content, and they gave me a link to go elsewhere. But when I went to the forum they gave me, it didn't have any options to report a creator being weird on other platforms. You can only report their creative maps and their profiles on the Fortnite platform. So I'm just gonna post this here. You guys can tell me if I'm being dramatic or not.
