How long to have sex again after ripped/torn foreskin?

Hi, so i went a little to hard during masturbation and now i have a surface level horizontal rip (1cm long, 1mm wide) across the inner top part of my foreskin about 1cm under the head.

Its been 5 days (avoided all mechanical strain) and its healed pretty good so far. No sign of injury visible in the middle of the line. Start and end of the rip are still slightly pink but new skin grew over it. No pain, no swelling, no infection.

However i have a date coming up in 4 days and im worried it might rip again. Anyone have any experience with this? Will it rip again? Any measures to take so it doesnt rip?
