my restriction review request has not been answered or came to a result since 2020

Hi all,

I have an instagram page for my band that I've never posted any ads since the creation date of the page which is 2019.
It has been restricted from posting ads for too long and today I wanted to solve it again and found out that I've already sent a review request on 2020 but they still did not answer.
And just because I have an open request now for 6 years, it doesn't allow me to post an another one too.
Their restarted AI bot can not even understand what is the issue and keeps recommending me to send a review request which I already can't.
Any ideas about who/where I can contact to solve this issue?
