Any good music recording studios in Charlotte?

Looking for recommendations for recording studios in Charlotte, NC or nearby. I mainly record rap and I’m looking for a place with a good engineer, clean sound, and fair prices.
If you’ve recorded somewhere you’d recommend, let me know the studio name, what they charge (if you know), and how your experience was. Also, if you happen to know any studios that are smoke-friendly or don’t mind artists smoking during sessions, that’s a plus.
Appreciate it!
