Is 14% interest rate reasonable for a commercial Innova Crysta loan in Guwahati?

I’m planning to purchase a Toyota Innova Crysta for commercial/tourism purposes in Guwahati.

The on-road price is around ₹22.70 lakh, and I’m planning to make a ₹9 lakh down payment, so the loan amount would be approximately ₹13.70 lakh.

My agent has told me that the interest rate for the commercial vehicle loan would be around 14% for 5 years.

The approximate EMI comes to around ₹31,800/month.

I wanted to ask:

- Is 14% a reasonable interest rate for a commercial vehicle loan?

- Can I get a lower rate from Toyota Finance or other banks/NBFCs?

- Does having a good CIBIL score significantly help in getting a lower rate?

- For those who have financed a commercial Innova Crysta in Assam, what interest rate did you get?

Any advice or suggestions regarding financing a commercial vehicle in Guwahati/Assam would be appreciated.
