What is the earliest use of the word "socialism"?

Apparently the earliest use of the word "socialism" is in February 13, 1832, when it appeared in the French newspaper "Le Globe" according to this dictionary (page 357). When i looked at the issue online, i couldnt seem to find the word, maybe i missed it? I'm just looking for the earliest use of the word "socialism"
