Can ns200 hold 100 gps speed on highway for long distance travel?

All i need is 100 kmph cruising on highway but it should be gps 100kmph , not error 100 on speedo ,as ns200 real velocity is 100 when its speedo is around 110 at 7800 to 7900 rpm, is it ideal for cruising all day long in that rpm and speed , i don't care about wind blast I want to know will it's capable will engine work without strees on that speed of it will stress engine create massive stress vibrations of i should go for ns350
