Since a few years, I was thinking about taking a few month break away from the city and the technology. After a violent break-up, I realized that now was the right time for me to do it.

My idea was to rent a cottage in mountain. After a few hours of browsing through airbnb and other rental websites, I stumble across a pearl :

"Beautiful cottage in the pyrreneans, mountain view, running water, no connection. Only rent for a month or more !"

The pictures were amazing. Snowy peaks, green pastures, no human buildings. The price was really low too. But as I read the rest of the offer, I understand why. The place had 4 beds, and wasn't open if some of them where empty. The landlord was in charge of making sure everything was booked. I take a deep breath. I was pretty brave, but taking this risk was an hard decision.

"Fuck it, I'm young ! Nothing bad could happen, right ?". I book the cottage for 3 months : August, September and October.

A few weeks later, I arrive at the place, It is even more amazing than I thought it was.The cottage was set in a mountain pass, in the middle of nowhere. the closest sign of life was a little town, 30 minutes down the road. I get down my car, and walks to the door...
