Is there any legitimate way for non-students to get 1 year of AWS Skill Builder for free?

I recently found out that AWS offers 1 year of premium Skill Builder access to verified students.

I'm not currently a student, but I'm learning AWS/DevOps and would really like access to the premium labs and certification content.

Are there any legitimate ways for non-students to get 6–12 months of free Skill Builder access through scholarships, promotions, AWS events, or other programs?
