Advice on buying first car

I have found a ford focus 2014 with a 200,000 km mileage selling for $1200. Seller says it’s in good condition. Has replaced all tires, comes with rwc and 3 months rego. Sounds extremely cheap. This is the first time I am buying a car so no experience just wanted something that I can go around town with. I am a uni student and work part time so I won’t be driving much sometimes would just drive and park at the station. Wanted to ask if it’s worth checking this out and if there’s anything I should be cautious about
