Buyer wants me to handle issue off eBay

Buyer is unhappy with his purchase. It’s a clothing item. Which I described absolutely correctly. He’s saying, because the item doesn’t fit him, it is my fault. However, I made it very clear. The measurements are in the description. I even disclosed in the title that the garment did not have a size tag and measurements were in the description
it was very clearly marked as a used clothing piece. And he is upset that it may have been washed before he received it. Well, let’s use clothing. Of course it’s been washed.

I’m not willing to accept a return because he didn’t read the description to understand the size. He then messaged me that he wants to deal with this off of eBay, which I am absolutely not going to do, but would you report this to eBay? I feel like this might need to be reported because he is pushing me off the platform to make him happy.
