[Bug] Rep blocked, can't get lvl 3 traders

I started playing 2-3 weeks before 1.1/seasonal. So i had Prapor and Therapist rep kinda high, they were the 2 traders with the rep higher i had.

After 1.1 they kinda fucked up all reputation points with the reworking of quests, so now i have all traders lvl 3 (beside Jaeger and Ref) and Therapist/Prapor very behind and lvl 2, but the fucked up thing is, i cannot, even if i do all the quests i have, reach lvl 3 standing with Prapor. Prapor has no "essential" task to do (they are all blocked behind the rep lvl 3) so even if i do his quests they will no trigger or open new ones

What i can do? They konow this thing and will fixing? I have to report the stuff to Bsg directly?

I''m PvP on perma
