AEW Championship Experience at All In

Question

Hi everyone,

I’ll be at All In for the third time this Sunday, and for the first time I really treated myself with a ringside seat and the AEW Championship Experience.
Since I’m flying there alone, which I haven’t done that often, and I’m only landing on Sunday, I’m a bit nervous about the start times.

That’s why I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with these kinds of pre-event experiences. The message I received mentions a 2 PM check-in, with the next item on the schedule being the Q&A reception at 2:45 PM.

Does that mean I could still come in after 2 PM and take part? How strictly is everything scheduled? My flight, hotel check-in, and trains all need to be on time for me to make it in time.
When I booked, I wasn’t aware it would start this early.

Can anyone who’s done something like this before give me more info and help calm my nerves a bit?
Thanks in advance!
