Pain when contracting genitals

Hello, I'm a male, during my time with pssd (literally a few months) I had this shooting pain on right side of genitals that would last maybe a day and go away and happens occasionally.

Just woke up and now every time I contract I get that pain. Sometimes I feel it like top left near the glans.

No pain during erections so not sure if fibrosis.

What do you think??
