I've noticed that users on this sub and on many other helldiver subreddits are very, very whiny about anything about the game.

For instance, I've read today a LOT of people complaining about the fact that we won't be getting an update on the Illuminate situation (Calypso, the DSS, the DURs and so on) for at least two months. Real, hard complains. Many of them shit on the developers and bring insane arguments to the table that do not stand on their own all for the mere necessity of complaining like a small child.

Why is it that this playerbase does this? I've been a part of a lot of communities revolving a lot of different games and I've yet to see one that makes such a proud display of ungrateful, constant heated whinning.

To all the people that feel like that, what motivates it? Do you know how much time it takes to develop such systems and events for the game? What has you got so upset and worked up towards Arrowhead?

I came here to discuss stuff with the playerbase, read and share theories, share the hype and have fun overall and I've been met with constant, angry complaining no matter what anyone says or does.

What do you have to say about this? How do non-whiny players feel about being in such an environment where complaints prevail over practically everything else?

Have a lovely, democratic day, everybody.

I would like to know from first hand why the playerbase on reddit is so whiny towards this game.
